Turnip Salad (Muu Saeng Chae)

Ingredients:

Turnip Salad (Muu Saeng Chae)

  • 1/2 lb turnip
  • 1/2 tablespoon hot pepper powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 stem (white portion only) green onion, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated garlic
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar

Directions:

Pare and cut turnip into 2-inch julienne strips; place in a bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Makes 6 servings.
