Ingredients:
Tuna Tofu Patties
Try this delicious recipe from the Electric Kitchen!
3 cans (6-ounces each) tuna, drained and flaked
1 container medium-firm tofu (14-ounces), mashed (you may use a food processor, potato masher or fork)
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1/2 cup green onions, coarsely chopped
1 cup plain dry breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
2 small Hawaiian red chili peppers, finely chopped (optional)
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Directions:
In a large bowl, stir together all of the ingredients except the oil until everything is combined.
Form the mixture into 12 medium-sized patties.
In a large nonstick skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
Working in batches, cook patties until golden brown and crisp on the outside (about 2 minutes per side).
Drain excess oil from patties on paper towels and serve.
Makes 6 servings.

I made this patties with turkey, chopped red onions and panko bread crumbs it turned out great, everybody in the family loved it. Will make again.
