Truffle Edamame

Truffle Edamame

  • 1 bag of frozen edamame (whole pods)
  • 1/4 cup of low-sodium shoyu
  • 1/4 cup of ponzu sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of chili oil (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon black truffle oil
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds


  1. In a medium bowl mix shoyu, ponzu, chili oil, truffle oil and garlic together.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Steam edamame as per instructions on the bag; drain.
  4. Add edamame to the sauce mixture and toss to incorporate.
  5. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
  6. Serve while warm.

Serves 4.
