Thai Mango and Green Papaya Salad
- 2 ripe but firm mangos
- 1 green papaya
- 1 red bell pepper
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 carrot
- 1 red onion
- 1 jalapeno, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, roughly chopped
- 1/4 cup roasted peanuts
Dressing:
- 1/4 cup of calamansi lime
- 1 tablespoon shoyu
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 3 tablespoons peanut oil
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 teaspoon patis (Filipino fish sauce; available in Asian section)
- Salt and pepper to taste
