Tarragon and Thyme Dressing

Ingredients:

Tarragon and Thyme Dressing

  • 1/3 cup tarragon vinegar
  • 2/3 cup salad oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon minced fresh thyme leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • Tossed greens

Directions:

  1. In a bowl or a cruet, combine tarragon vinegar, salad oil, thyme, garlic, salt, and pepper; whisk or shake well.
  2. Cover and store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
  3. Shake well before using.
  4. Serve over tossed greens.

Makes 1 cup dressing.
