Super Easy Hoisin Chicken

Ingredients:

Super Easy Hoisin Chicken

  • 3/4 cup shoyu
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 heaping tablespoon hoi sin sauce
  • 5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts

Directions:

  1. Combine shoyu, sugar, water, and hoi sin sauce.
  2. Marinate chicken in sauce for 2 hours or overnight.
  3. Grill or broil until done.

Makes 10 servings.
