Spicy Chicken On Crispy Bread

Ingredients:

Spicy Chicken On Crispy Bread

  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon ground peanuts
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili oil
  • Dash of white pepper
  • 1 chicken breast, cooked and thinly sliced
  • French bread
  • Cilantro (Chinese parsley)

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl combine soy sauce, sesame oil, peanut butter, peanuts, chili oil, and pepper.
  2. Add chicken; mix well.
  3. Slice and toast bread slices.
  4. Put chicken mixture on bread.
  5. Garnish with cilantro.

Makes 2 appetizer servings.
