Shoyu Pork
- 2 lb belly pork, including ribs and skin
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 2-inch piece ginger root, crushed
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- Dash of salt

Quick and easy recipe to follow, that turned out quite delicious! I added some chunked potatoes to the mix and had quite a meal.
