Pulehu Ribs

Ingredients:

Pulehu Ribs

  • 5 pounds beef back ribs
  • 2 tablespoons Hawaiian salt
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Directions:

  1. Score ribs.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients; rub into meat.
  3. Let stand 1 hour.
  4. Place meat on rack of broiler pan or barbeque grill and broil 2 inches from heat for 7 to 10 minutes.
  5. Turn and grill or broil 5 more minutes or until done.

Makes 6 servings.
