Peanut Dressing

Ingredients:

Peanut Dressing

  • 2/3 cup crunchy peanut butter
  • 6 tablespoons milk
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced ginger root
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 6 tablespoons water
  • Dash of Tabasco sauce
  • Salt to taste

Directions:

  1. In a food processor, process the peanut butter and milk until well blended (this will be very thick).
  2. Add remaining ingredients and continue to process.
  3. Additional milk may be added if a slightly thinner consistency is desired.
  4. Serve with Thai Crunch Salad.
