Oven Kalua Pork

Ingredients:

Oven Kalua Pork

  • 3 lb pork butt
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon liquid smoke
  • 1/4 cup Hawaiian salt

Directions:

  1. Place pork, fat side up, in a roasting pan or deep casserole.
  2. Combine water and liquid smoke; pour over meat.
  3. Sprinkle with salt.
  4. Cover and roast in electric oven at 400°F for 3 hours.
  5. Remove from pan and shred pork.

Makes 6 servings.
