Oroshi (Japanese radish sauce)


Oroshi (Japanese radish sauce)

  • 1/2 daikon (Japanese radish), grated
  • 2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice


In a small bowl, mix daikon with rest of sauce ingredients. Makes about 1/2 cup.
