Okinawan Fried Somen

Okinawan Fried Somen

  • 1 pkg (9 oz) somen (fine wheat flour noodles)
  • 2 tablespoons salad oil
  • 1 can (3 3/4 oz) sardines in oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions


Cook somen noodles according to package directions. In a skillet, heat oil and saute sardines. Stir in somen. Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with green onions. Makes 4 servings.
