New Year's Sparkler

  • 4 cups sparkling apple cider
  • 1 cup cranberry juice
  • 1 tablespoon sugar (or sugar substitute)
  • Crushed ice
  • Lemon, cut into wedges for garnish
  • Mint leaves for garnish


  1. Combine sparkling apple cider, cranberry juice and sugar.
  2. Serve in wine glasses over ice.
  3. Garnish with mint leaves and lemon wedge.

Makes 6 servings.
