New Year Kicker

Ingredients:

New Year Kicker

  • 2 cups chopped cantaloupe
  • 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons local honey
  • 8-12 ounces club soda
  • 4 pieces of cantaloupe, cut into thin wedges

Directions:

  1. Puree cantaloupe, vinegar, and honey in a blender.
  2. Strain into a measuring cup or bowl, press on solids; discard solids.
  3. Divide among 4 highball glasses filled with ice.
  4. Add 2-3 ounces club soda to each.
  5. Garnish with cantaloupe wedges.

Makes 4 servings.
