1/2 cup mayonnaise (consider using reduced- or no-fat mayonnaise)
2 teaspoons white miso (Japanese fermented soybean paste)
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon sesame seed
Directions:
Cut makina and kamaboko into julienne strips.
Combine mayonnaise, miso, vinegar and sesame oil.
Mix dressing with makina and kamaboko.
Garnish with sesame seed.
Makes 6 servings.
