Kalo and Uala in Coconut Milk (Taro and Sweet Potato in Coconut Milk)

Ingredients:

Kalo and Uala in Coconut Milk (Taro and Sweet Potato in Coconut Milk)

  • 4 cups cubed cooked kalo (taro)
  • 4 cups cubed cooked uala (sweet potato)
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 1/3 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. In a large saucepan, combine all ingredients.
  2. Cover and bring to a boil; lower heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Serve warm.

Makes 6 servings.
