Instant Pot Lupulu

Instant Pot Lupulu

  • 1 lb. Luau Leaves
  • 2 (12 ounce) bags frozen coconut milk, thawed
  • 3 (11.5 ounce) cans Palm corn beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 large tomato, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Hawaiian Salt


  1. Wash leaves.
  2. Cut stems and throw stems away.
  3. Use half of the leaves to line the bottom of the instant pot like a bowl, put the rest aside.
  4. In a mixing bowl, add coconut milk, corn beef, onion, tomato and Hawaiian salt.
  5. Gently mix together.
  6. Place mixture on bowl of leaves in instant pot and use remaining leaves to cover mixture.
  7. Set to manual pressure cook for 2½ hours.
  8. Quick release when done.
  9. Mix together and serve.

Makes 10 servings.
