Honey-Balsamic Salad Dressing

Ingredients:

Honey-Balsamic Salad Dressing

  • 1 tablespoon minced red onion or shallot
  • 1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon dijon-style mustard
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl until everything is well incorporated.
