Hawaiian Kampachi Poke

Hawaiian Kampachi Poke

  • 1/4 cup shoyu
  • 1 cup ogo (seaweed), finely minced
  • 2 tablespoons toasted ground sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon chili oil
  • 1 teaspoon ginger juice
  • 1/4 pounds fresh Hawaiian kampachi, cubed
  • Pinch of Hawaiian salt


  1. In a large bowl, mix shoyu, ogo, sesame seeds, chili oil and ginger juice in a bowl.
  2. Add fish and let marinate for two minutes.
  3. Sprinkle in Hawaiian salt and garnish as desired.

Serves 4.
