Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients:

Garlic Pasta with Prawns

  • 1/2 lb medium shrimp, shelled and cleaned
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 6-8 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 4 small dried red chilies
  • Minced parsley
  • Lemon wedges
  • Crusty bread

Directions:

  1. Season shrimp with salt and paprika.
  2. In a skillet, heat oil over high heat.
  3. Add garlic and sauté until golden brown.
  4. Add shrimp, bay leaves, and chilies.
  5. Lower heat to medium high and cook until shrimp are done.
  6. Sprinkle with parsley.
  7. Serve immediately with lemon wedges and crusty bread.

Serves 4.
