Foul Moudamis (Fava Beans)

Ingredients:

Foul Moudamis (Fava Beans)

  • 1 (32 ounce) can fava beans
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 round onion, chopped
  • 10 cloves of garlic, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • Handful of Chinese parsley (chopped)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • Pinch of red chili flakes

Directions:

Put all ingredients into a sauce pot and cook on medium heat for 15 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
