Dragon Fruit Smoothie

Dragon Fruit Smoothie

  • 1/2 cup dragon fruit, peeled and chopped
  • 1 small banana, peeled and frozen
  • 6 ounces of water or soy/almond milk
  • 1 handful of ice cubes


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until desired consistency.
  2. Additional fruits can be added.
  3. Freeze dragon fruit for thicker consistency.

Makes 1 serving.

210 calories, 3.5 g fat, 0.5 g saturated fat, 0 mg cholesterol, 100 mg sodium, 41 g carbohydrate, 6 g fiber, 19 g sugar, 7 g protein
