Creamy Sriracha Dipping Sauce

  • 1 cup mayonnaise (may substitute part or all with yogurt or sour cream)
  • 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha (or to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon or lime juice (or to taste)
  • Zest from one lemon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch curry powder (optional)


  1. In a small bowl, add all ingredients and mix to combine.
  2. Enjoy right away or refrigerate for an hour for best flavor.

Makes about 1 cup.
