1 1/2 tablespoons instant espresso powder
1/2 cup hot water
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
2 cups crushed ice
Whipped cream (optional)
Dissolve espresso in the hot water; cool to room temperature. In a blender, combine espresso, condensed milk, and ice; blend on high until ice is finely crushed. Top with whipped cream. Serve immediately. Makes 2 servings.
