Cinnamon Bananas in Ghee

  • 2 teaspoons ghee
  • 4 bananas, halved long ways
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 2 teaspoons dried ginger


In a medium pan, heat ghee over medium high. Add the bananas, turning gently. Cook until crispy on the edges and heated through. Drain bananas on a paper towel. Sprinkle with cinnamon and ginger and serve warm. Makes 8 servings.
