Chicken Kabobs

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, minced
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon distilled vinegar
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes


  1. In a medium bowl, mix together olive oil, dressing, Worcestershire sauce, rosemary, salt, lemon juice, vinegar and pepper to taste.
  2. Add chicken to the bowl and coat well.
  3. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  4. Add chicken to skewers and discard sauce.
  5. Heat grill to medium-high, lightly oil grate.
  6. Place skewers on grill for 8 to 12 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and no longer pink.

Serves 6.

Tip: For best flavor of foods on your grill, be sure to keep your grates clean by brushing them with a stainless-steel grill brush.
