Bul-Koo Ki
- 1/2 cup Aloha brand soy sauce
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/4 pound beef flank steak, thinly sliced

Combine ingredients soy sauce, sugar, water, and garlic into a bowl and mix well. Add beef and marinade for a few hours. Remove beef from marinade and place in a hot skillet pan on medium-high heat; cook to desired doneness. Remove from pan and set aside until ready to use. Makes 2 servings
