Bul-Koo Ki

Ingredients:

Bul-Koo Ki

  • 1/2 cup Aloha brand soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 pound beef flank steak, thinly sliced

Directions:

  1. Combine ingredients soy sauce, sugar, water, and garlic into a bowl and mix well.
  2. Add beef and marinade for a few hours.
  3. Remove beef from marinade and place in a hot skillet pan on medium-high heat; cook to desired doneness.
  4. Remove from pan and set aside until ready to use.

Makes 2 servings
