Ingredients:
Baked Spicy Mahimahi
Try this delicious recipe from the Electric Kitchen!
- 2 lb frozen mahimahi fillet, cut into 4 pieces
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Mango Salsa
- Lime wedges
- Cilantro sprigs
Directions:
- Preheat electric oven to 450°F.
- Place fillets in a shallow baking pan.
- Combine lime juice and water; brush over fillets.
- Combine paprika, salt, ginger, allspice, and pepper; rub over top of fillets.
- Bake, uncovered, for 10 minutes per inch of thickness or until fish flakes.
- To serve, brush fillets with pan drippings and top with Mango Salsa.
- Garnish with lime wedges and cilantro.
Makes 4 servings.
