- Peel and scoop out the avocado into a large bowl.
- Add in lemon juice and mash until smooth.
- Add mash to the bowl of a blender.
- Add in salt, cumin and pepper.
- Add in vegetable stock.
- Blend until smooth and silky.
- Serve into bowls or cups.
- Garnish with bacon, parsley, and green onions.
- Enjoy chilled or at room temperature.
