In a medium bowl, mix together the pork, ginger, garlic, green onions, shoyu, sesame oil, and corn starch. Shape into 6 patties. In a nonstick skillet over medium heat, cook the pork patties to until completely cooked and golden on both sides, about 7 minutes total. Serve on whole-wheat bun, topped with Spicy Asian Slaw and Sriracha, if desired. Makes 6 servings.
