Ingredients:
Ambrosia Fruit Salad
Try this delicious recipe from the Electric Kitchen!
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 container (12 oz) frozen whipped cream, thawed
- 1 pkg (7 oz) flaked coconut
- 1 can (30 oz) fruit cocktail, drained
- 1 can (15 oz) sliced peaches, drained and diced
- 1 can (20 oz) pineapple, drained and cut into tidbits
- 2 cans (15 oz size) mandarin oranges, drained
- 2 pkg (10 oz size) colored miniature marshmallows
Directions:
- In a large bowl, combine sour cream and whipped cream.
- Add coconut; mix well.
- Add fruits and marshmallows; mix gently.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Makes 10 to 12 servings.

Made this excluding the coconut and it was a hit! The pineapple really sets it apart and adds the extra tanginess to balance the sweetness out.

I've made this a few times over the past few years and i have to say it is DIVINE. The only bad thing i have to say about it, is that I can't stop eating it! I try to only make it for get togethers to prevent myself from eating the entire batch. I can't believe no one has left a review on here! People need to see this recipe!!
