Ingredients:
Peanut Butter Candy Cookies
Try this delicious recipe from the Electric Kitchen!
3/4 cup chunky peanut butter
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1 1/4 cups flour (may need to add 1/2 cup more, depending on humidity)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 bag (13 ounces) Reeses peanut butter cups, wrappers removed and crushed
Directions:
In a large bowl, beat peanut butter and butter with an electric mixer at medium speed until well blended.
Beat in sugar.
Add egg and vanilla; continue beating until well blended.
Add flour, baking powder, and baking soda; mix at low speed until just combined.
Stir in crushed peanut butter cups.
Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or until firm.
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Shape cookies about 2 inches round and 1/2-inch thick.
Place cookies onto ungreased baking sheets.
Bake for 10 minutes or until lightly browned.
Makes about 3 dozen cookies.

Definitely a cookie for people who like peanut butter. The chocolate from the reeses peanut butter cups gets lost, so I added a few chocolate chips. I would have liked more chocolate.
