Good Morning Smoothie

Ingredients:

Good Morning Smoothie

  • 2 cups of orange or guava juice
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 2 cups of ice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 (6 ounces) yogurt (optional)

Directions:

  1. In an electric blender, add all ingredients and process until smooth.
  2. Pour into glasses and serve.
  3. May substitute 1 cup of any ripe fruit for bananas.

Makes 4 servings.
