Hawaii 3R's Service Community Work Day

Over 100 Hawaiian Electric volunteers joined with the Hawaii 3R’s nonprofit to plant grass and create a playground on a former parking lot site at Pearl City Highlands Elementary School. Hawaiian Electric also provided financial support for initial landscaping work and an irrigation system.

Honolulu Police Department’s “Save Our Streets” Safety Campaign

Hawaiian Electric partnered with the Honolulu Police Department for their Annual “Save Our Streets” Safety Campaign. Employees took to the streets bright and early to bring awareness to pedestrian and driver safety with their big smiles and active sign waving.
