BBQ Flank Steak

Ingredients:

BBQ Flank Steak

  • 1 1/2 pounds flank steak

Marinade:

  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon liquor (such as wine or brandy)
  • 2 teaspoons dry mustard (such as Coleman's)
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 inch piece of ginger, grated
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons flour

Directions:

  1. Mix marinade ingredients together.
  2. Pour marinade over steak, turning to coat; marinate in refrigerator overnight.
  3. Grill or broil to desired doneness.
  4. Slice thinly, against the grain.

Makes 6 servings.
