Baked Spaghetti

Ingredients:

Baked Spaghetti

  • 3/4 box spaghetti noodles
  • 1 (10 ounce) Portuguese sausage
  • 1 1/2 pounds hamburger
  • 1/2 cup onions, chopped
  • 1 (24 ounce) bottled spaghetti sauce
  • 1 (4 ounce) can chopped mushrooms
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350°F.
  2. Cook spaghetti according to package directions, rinse and set aside.
  3. Skin and chop sausage.
  4. In a medium pan, brown sausage with hamburger and onions.
  5. Add spaghetti sauce and mushrooms.
  6. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  7. Add cream of mushroom soup, Monterey and cheddar cheese.
  8. Heat until cheeses melt.
  9. Add spaghetti noodles and mix well.
  10. Place in a 9-by-13-inch casserole dish.
  11. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
  12. Bake for 15-20 minutes.

Serves 8.
