1 cup butter or margarine
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1 1/2 cups finely chopped nuts
2 1/4 cups cake flour
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl of electric mixer, cream butter and sugar. Add vanilla and nuts; beat well. Stir in flour; mix well. Form into 1-inch balls. Place on ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove from baking sheets and immediately roll in powdered sugar. Cool and roll in powdered sugar again. Makes 5 dozen.
