Pineapple Sherbet

2 cups milk
3/4 cup sugar
1 1/4 cups crushed pineapple
1/3 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon lemon juice


Combine milk and sugar; stir until sugar is dissolved.  Add pineapple and juices.  Pour into plastic tub container, cover and freeze until firm.  Stir once during freezing.  Makes 6 servings.

Approximate Nutrient Analysis per serving:  180 calories, 2.5 g fat, 1.5 g saturated fat, 10 mg cholesterol, 35 mg sodium, 36 g carbohydrate, 1 g fiber, 34 g sugar, 3 g protein
